Samuel has qualified as a trainee solicitor of England & Wales in 2017, and he holds three Master of Laws degrees from the City Law School, Nottingham Law School and, Leeds Law School respectively. Samuel specialises in law areas of commercial & corporate (equity finance, mergers and acquisitions, anti-bribery and corruption), intellectual property, and employment (passed the Employment Test of FRU).

Samuel is a native Mandarin and Hunanese speaker, and he is fluent in English. He can also communicate in basic Japanese, Cantonese, and Fujian/Taiwanese.
